The Annual General Meeting 2025 of Verve Group SE, will take place on 11 June 2025 in Stockholm.

Shareholders who wish to have a matter added to the agenda of the annual general meeting must submit a written request to the Board of Directors. The request must have been received by the board not later than April 23, 2025, or in due time for the matter to be included in the notice to attend the general meeting.
