Ad tech industry operator joins to enable publishers to activate their data and package their inventory more strategically.

Stockholm, April 27 2026 Verve, a global leading advertising technology company, today announced the appointment of David Simon as Chief Revenue Officer. David will lead Verve’s Marketplace division as the company advances its strategy to empower publishers to deliver measurable outcomes for advertisers across the open internet.

In this role, David will focus on developing simpler, more consolidated tools that allow publishers to transform their inventory and data into outcome-driven media for advertisers. A key component of this strategy will be Verve’s curation approach – enabling publishers to package high-quality inventory and real-time insights into curated supply paths that connect more directly to advertiser objectives.

David brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in ad-tech and programmatic advertising, with a proven track record of building and scaling global commercial organizations.

Most recently, he served as EVP of Advertising at Mood Media and President of Vibenomics, where he expanded programmatic capabilities across in-store media networks. His extensive background includes key roles such as Chief Revenue Officer at Fyber (Digital Turbine) and GM, Growth Initiatives at Moloco, where he drove the company’s expansion into new verticals leveraging AI and machine learning. David’s deep industry expertise is further underpinned by prior leadership positions at Jounce Media, Oath (Verizon Media), Turn, and Yahoo.
